Mitch finds success after work experience

With support from the team at Huebner Motors, Mitchell is officially an apprentice Servicing Mechanic at Beaudesert Mazda!

During Term 4, Mitchell, a TRACTION participant who completed the Small Engines program, secured work experience at Heubner Motors in Beaudesert.

“I’ve learnt a lot since I’ve started work experience at Heubners. It’s fun to be learning. TRACTION helped me to be more polite and now that I’m working here, it’s really helped.”

After completing his work experience over the holidays the team were impressed with his performance and offered him a full time apprenticeship as a Automotive Service Mechanic.

Your support makes it possible for TRACTION to provide the spark for many young people to re-engage with their schooling, their friends, family and community.

To build upon this, TRACTION seeks to connect young people with further training, work experience, apprenticeships and employment opportunities through partnerships with education providers and businesses to help build new pathways for our young people.
