TRACTION helps young people experience a sense of success and delivers enduring impact.
Since 2015, TRACTION has helped over 2,181 young people build positive futures across South East Queensland.
Every young person TRACTION engages in learning and helps on a path to employment, independence and positive contribution, saving our community $335,000 over their lifetime. Investing in TRACTION’s early intervention and prevention approach delivers a significant return for our young people and community.

TRACTION’s Program Platform
TRACTION programs build young people's confidence, well-being and resilience and provide opportunities to self-discover strengths while developing practical, teamwork and leadership skills essential for learning and life.
TRACTION's program platform is built upon a well-being framework. Mentors engage young people across five domains of well-being to strengthen skills for learning, support choices for active and healthy lifestyles, foster supportive connections and relationships and build young people’s potential as influential community members and leaders.
