At TRACTION, we're dedicated to transforming lives through hands-on learning and mentorship. Our Corporate Bike Build is not just a team-building activity—it's a powerful way for corporate teams to directly impact young lives while strengthening their own bonds.
Empowering Young People Through Corporate Partnership
Our Corporate Bike Build invites groups of 10-50 staff to participate in a half-day experience either at their workplace or at one of our TRACTION workshop locations. TRACTION charges a fee, which covers the cost of the facilitation of the program and the cost of the bikes built on the day. This unique initiative involves assembling brand-new BMX bikes, which are then donated to young people participating in our programs and in need within our communities. These bikes provide more than just transportation; they symbolize opportunity and empowerment for our young people.

In late March, Mirvac, an Australian property group with purpose to reimagine urban life and make a positive contribution to cities and communities, participated in a TRACTION Corporate Bike Build as part of their Community Day.
Mirvac host an annual Community Day where staff pause their daily work to bring their energy to lend a hand for a local community group or charity to contribute to their purpose to create change in communities.
Participating in a TRACTION Corporate Bike Build Experience allowed Mirvac staff undertake a team and leadership development activity whilst experiencing the impact that TRACTION has for our young people through a half-day team and leadership development process.
