Thank you to the Community Benefit Fund!
In March, TRACTION received its first grant from the Gambling Community Benefit Fund (GCBF) to purchase over 125 bicycles for our participants to build and keep upon successful completion of the program.
Supported by the Queensland Government, the GCBF awards funding to not-for-profit community groups to enhance capacity to provide services and opportunities for Queensland communities.
We are delighted have been successful with this grant, which will help TRACTION deliver programs that not only help vulnerable young people experience a sense of success and build their resilience, team and leadership skills, it will help them adopt more active and healthy lifestyles.
