At our recent Toowoomba Bike Build, Spectra's HSEQ Manager Robin Grundon partnered with Eli throughout the build. Eli led Robin through the experience, sharing his knowledge and demonstrating the confidence and skills he has developed through TRACTION. 🔧

It's a powerful example of what happens when young people are recognised as contributors and adults are willing to learn alongside them.
