Welcome Doreen - Head of Partnerships

We’re delighted to welcome Doreen as our new Head of Partnerships, joining TRACTION at a pivotal moment as we grow our impact, and influence the systems that shape young people’s lives. 

This newly created leadership role reflects an important step in strengthening the relationships and investment that underpin TRACTION’s work. 

Doreen will lead our partnerships and revenue strategy, building long-term collaborations with generous corporate and philanthropic supporters, work with granting bodies and explore enterprise pathways to diversify our revenue streams. 

Doreen brings more than two decades of leadership experience across large educational organisations, where she led complex partnership and revenue portfolios.

Throughout her career she has secured transformational, multi-year partnerships, built high-performing teams and developed strategies that align financial sustainability with meaningful social impact. 

She’s deeply motivated to help young people who may feel disconnected from traditional education pathways and is excited to strengthen the partnerships and passionate community of advocates that make up our wider TRACTION family and allow our work to grow.
